How does the 100-night trial work?

Answer:

You can try your mattress risk-free for 100 nights! Mattress America offers a 100 night Trial. If you don’t like your Mattress America mattress within the first 100 nights, simply give us a call or email and we’ll arrange to come pick up the mattress at your convenience or have you donate it to a local charity and we will issue a full refund, all we ask is that you try it for at least 40 nights. (The 100-night trial does not apply to our basic 6" and 8" mattresses or mattresses purchased through Amazon or other websites)

Question:

What is covered under your warranty?

Answer:

We rarely get warranty issues but when we do we make sure all our customers are taken care of. The warranty covers sagging on anything over 2 inches. The cover is covered for the full length of the mattress. Also, any other manufacturer defects.

Question:

How long does it take to receive my mattress?

Answer:

We know you're excited to finally get your sleep so we make sure we try to ship your mattress out that same day or the following day. Depending on your location it will take anywhere from 2-7 business days.

Question:

Do I need a box spring with this mattress?

Answer:

You could use a box spring or any type of foundation you want, as long as there is a good support system.

Question:

Can I use an adjustable bed with your mattresses?

Answer:

Yes, all of our mattresses will work with an adjustable bed.

Question:

How long does it take to expand after I have opened it?

Answer:

Usually it just depends on the mattress but typically 5 hours to 48 hours sometimes in rare cases can take up to 1 week.

How long can I leave it in the box?

Answer:

From the time you receive it, no longer than 2 weeks.

How do I return my mattress?

Answer:

We can work with you to donate it to a local charity or non-profit. Once your mattress is donated, send us the photographed copy of your donation receipt via email and we can process your refund. Service@MattressAmerica.com
